RELEASE – COVENANT NOT TO SUE I, _______________________, am voluntarily taking part in a Volksmarch sponsored by the Redstone Wanderers Walking Club, a non-profit organization located at Redstone Arsenal, AL to assist them in raising funds for community events. In consideration of the Army permitting me to take part in these activities, I for my heirs, administrators, executors, and assignees, make the following agreement: I agree that I will, at no time, prosecute or in any way aid in prosecuting and demand, claim, or suit against the United States Government or the Redstone Wanderers or their sponsors for any loss, damage, or injury to my person or property that may occur from any cause whatsoever as a result of taking part in said Volksmarch. I understand and agree that I am assuming the risk of any personal injury or property damage to me that may result while participating in the Volksmarch. These include such injuries or damages as may be caused by the negligence of the U.S. Government or the Redstone Wanderers and their sponsors. Persons who cannot agree to the above are asked not to participate.
